About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Applications Analyst to join our team at Midland Transport Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in improving the customer experience by leveraging and implementing improved data exchange technologies with our customers and partners.

Your Responsibilities
  • Modernize processes through the effective use of technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure they are functioning as expected.
  • Enable and maintain data channels between Midland's partners and customers.
  • Test and support technology enhancements to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A University Degree or Diploma in a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with EDI, API, TMS & Shipping System solutions, together with a thorough understanding of Web Services.
  • A strong understanding of business integrations.
