Senior Software Engineering Job Description

The Senior Software Verifier will be a key member of our engineering team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality and reliability. This role requires a unique blend of leadership and technical skills to manage testing processes, develop quality assurance strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate testing efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Participate in hands-on testing and develop test cases for various projects.
  • Work closely with software developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Act as the domain expert for software QA and contribute to standard processes and tools.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in software quality assurance.
  • Encourage the adoption of automated testing and other advanced QA methodologies.
  • Define and establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to track and communicate QA performance.
  • Lead the creation and documentation of comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with some experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript and scripting.
