Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Furniture Solutions Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and managing relationships with current and new customers, processing customer orders, and acting as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and manage relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory
  • Process, review, and maintain incoming customer orders
  • Act as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives
  • Participate in customer prospecting/initial contact activities, up-selling, and credit management
  • Manage customer claims process
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining and shipping product samples and literature, invoicing, and organizing Academy events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of work experience
  • Fluent French required
  • 2 or more years of relevant inside sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Experience using SAP a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and interested in working for an international company within the Canadian market
  • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a dynamic team
