Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and new customers across your sales territory.
  • Process and maintain incoming customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Engage in customer prospecting, initial contact, up-selling, and credit management to drive sales growth.
  • Oversee the customer claims process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Perfectly bilingual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • At least one year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related internship.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and interest in working in an international setting.
  • A collaborative spirit who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
