Job Title: Principal Product Manager, Cloud Optimization

Imagine a world where cloud architecture is optimized for security, reliability, performance, cost optimization, sustainability, and operational excellence. As a Principal Product Manager for Cloud Optimization, you will play a key role in shaping the future of cloud architecture and making it easier and better for customers to build in the cloud.

Our Cloud Optimization products and services help customers develop technical expertise with AWS and learn how to architect their cloud applications for security, reliability, performance, cost optimization, sustainability, and operational excellence. We also help customers manage the health of their environments and implement knowledge management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the marketing team for Cloud Optimization, comprising product marketing, field marketing, and partner marketing specialists.
  2. Establish the overall marketing direction for Cloud Optimization, including goals, strategies, and tactics throughout the entire adoption funnel.
  3. Partner closely with product teams, business development, and central marketing to drive positive outcomes for customers and the business.
  4. Engage with leaders across AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) organization to create communication channels that can reach every single technical resource in SMGS and all customers that can benefit from our offerings.

The base salary for this position ranges from $143,200/year up to $239,200/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
