About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead our Cloud Optimization team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for Cloud Optimization, driving business growth, and delivering customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Cloud Optimization, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with product teams, business development, and central marketing to drive positive outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Engage with leaders across AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) organization to create communication channels that can reach every single technical resource in SMGS and all customers that can benefit from our offerings.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $143,200/year up to $239,200/year, depending on experience.
  • Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Experience blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research.
