Job Summary
Lead the marketing team for Cloud Optimization, shaping the future of cloud architecture and driving customer adoption through strategic direction, coaching, and hands-on contributions.

Description
Imagine helping shape the future of cloud architecture, making it easier and better for customers to build in the cloud. As a key member of the Cloud Optimization team, you'll lead the marketing team, setting strategy, coaching, and managing direct reports. You'll also contribute hands-on to complex challenges, driving customer adoption and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coaching, developing, and managing three direct reports in product marketing, field marketing, and partner marketing
• Establishing the overall marketing direction for Cloud Optimization, including goals, strategies, and tactics throughout the adoption funnel
• Partnering closely with product teams, business development, and central marketing to drive positive outcomes for customers and the business
• Engaging with leaders across AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) organization to create communication channels that can reach every single technical resource in SMGS and all customers that can benefit from our offerings

**Basic Qualifications:**

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• Experience blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
• Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

**Compensation:**

• The base salary for this position ranges from $143,200/year up to $239,200/year
• Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
