Job Title: Insurance Broker
Job Summary: CAA Saskatchewan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team in Moose Jaw. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of Insurance Policies: Sell Habitational, Auto, and Travel insurance policies to customers.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Client Data Management: Enter and manage client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Team Support: Assist Brokers and other CAA staff with customer service for CAA Members and customers.
- Business Development: Assist with retention of existing book of business and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Valid General Insurance License: Possess a valid General Insurance license.
- Insurance Experience: Have previous habitational insurance experience and commercial insurance experience.
- Designations: Hold CAIB or CIP designations.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Computer Skills: Be proficient in MS Office and have working knowledge of Applied EPIC.
Working Conditions: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced team environment, Monday to Saturday, with a competitive salary and superior Health and Benefits Plan.
