Demand Planning Manager

At TTI Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading the development of the budget with Sales, Product, Channel, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement demand planning tools and methodologies to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor shipment forecasts and align on monthly sales calls with Sales and Finance teams to identify any risks to the forecast and its impact on Sales.
- Analyze demand patterns and inventory levels to adjust forecasts and improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Channel to align forecasts for promotional events to ensure inventory availability and identify potential risks.
- Prepare and present demand forecasts and risks to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Regularly review forecast changes with the US Supply team and drive solutions to minimize E&O, potential lost sales, or customer service level risk.
- Generate and present reports related to supply chain metrics, including in-stocks, forecast accuracy, and inventory.
- Mentor and develop a team of demand planners, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Post-Secondary degree in Business or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand planning software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or PowerBI.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
