Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of Directive, Associate Directors play a crucial role in both client satisfaction and team retention, with their performance directly impacting our financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Goal Establishment: Associate Directors are tasked with defining the objectives for each client engagement within their team.
  • Adherence to Best Practices: They ensure that all clients adhere to industry best practices across various channels, particularly focusing on:
    • Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (LTV:CAC) modeling
    • Customer Generation strategies
    • Share of Search Engine Results Page (SERP)
    • Effective Content Development
  • Removing Obstacles: Successful campaigns hinge on timely approvals. It is essential to identify and address potential roadblocks, collaborating closely with strategists to secure necessary approvals.
    • Facilitate discussions about roadblocks during one-on-one meetings with strategists, ensuring a clear action plan is in place to overcome challenges.
  • Leadership: We seek leaders who inspire rather than manage. Cultivate a structured environment, establish regular communication, and empower your team through clear expectations and support.

Performance Goals:

  • Net Sales Margin (NSM) Target: 100%
  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): 4.2+
  • Revenue Generation: $150,000 for each half of the fiscal year (total across the team for the first half)
