**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 1287828 BC LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution
* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain financial accuracy
* Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and identify areas for improvement
* Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste
* Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive revenue growth
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives

**Requirements**

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* English language proficiency
