Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at DIZIN Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Business Development: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, resolve issues that may arise, and authorize return of merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
