- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
