Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures to boost profits.
- Monitor sales and labor costs to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that it is easily accessible and that stock levels are optimized.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Financial Management
- Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of more than 20 staff members.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
- Stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Personal Suitability
- Be accurate and reliable in all aspects of the job.
- Have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Education and Experience
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have experience in a restaurant management role or a related field.
