We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Services Financières Lisa Joy Abellera Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
- Sort, verify and process financial transactions
- Prepare payroll
- Organize and schedule office work
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organized and a team player
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a permanent position with English as the primary language of communication.
