In this role, reporting to the Assistant Manager of Home & Auto Services, you will be responsible for assisting valued clients and members of strategic accounts. Your duties will include providing comprehensive product and service information, addressing member concerns, evaluating risks, and determining the insurance needs of our clients.
You will handle inquiries via phone and written communication, which involves processing changes directly in our systems, adhering to underwriting standards, assessing risks in line with binding requirements, and responding to general account questions.
Your responsibilities will also encompass clarifying member issues, identifying the root cause of complaints, selecting appropriate solutions, facilitating corrections, and ensuring follow-up for resolution. Recommendations to management may be required as necessary.
Annual policy reviews will be part of your duties, along with offering customized insurance solutions and explaining products and promotions in clear, understandable terms.
An AMF license is mandatory.
A RIBO license or a commitment to obtain one is also required.
A minimum of three years of experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is expected.
