Position Overview
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, influencing their decisions, and promoting our insurance offerings.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Engaging with clients through various channels such as phone, chat, email, SMS, and video calls to provide tailored solutions. Assessing customer requirements to enhance existing offerings, which involves creating contact strategies, introducing new services, and providing quotes for personal insurance. Building relationships with potential clients by responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and re-engaging past clients. Fostering a trustworthy environment that encourages new sales opportunities while retaining current clients. Ensuring accurate processing of account modifications, maintaining thorough customer records, and preparing necessary documentation for follow-up.Candidate Profile
Desired Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experiences:
A CIP and RIBO license, or the willingness to obtain one within the first two months of employment. Additional national licensing is considered a plus. At least three years of sales experience, ideally in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance. Excellent communication abilities with a proven track record of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with preference given to candidates familiar with Epic, Salesforce, and company portals. Bilingual proficiency in English and French.Potential Matters
