Position Overview

As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks that ensure our customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Training will be provided.
Work Environment
  • Settings: You will work in a dynamic coffee shop and restaurant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set tables and deliver clean dishes and utensils to serving areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen equipment and dining areas.
  • Clear and tidy tables, trays, and chairs after use.
  • Operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dining ware is properly cleaned.
  • Store dishes in designated areas after washing.
  • Monitor and record food inventory usage.
  • Prepare take-out orders and package food items efficiently.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Prepare and finish simple food items as needed.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet setups.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability of items.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Utilize kitchen appliances for food preparation and cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
  • Receive and organize supplies in storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping and mopping.
Physical and Work Conditions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
