Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups, according to company recipes and standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
