Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
