Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

WoodGreen is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our Executive team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and metrics.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification in finance or accounting (CPA, CMA, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Experience in non-profit accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
