Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 2535866 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that customer needs are met, and feedback is acted upon to improve service.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, food service management).
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
