Job Summary:
U-Haul is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support with their U-Box containers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
- Load and unload storage containers for delivery, ensuring that they are properly secured and handled.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Clean motor vehicle driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
