Administrative Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at ITECH CONSULTING GROUP.
Job Summary:The Administrative Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative services, evaluating department operations, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including budget planning and control.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, including interviewing, hiring, and providing training for staff.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
- Manage events, including organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage knowledge, including maintaining up-to-date information on administrative services and best practices.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Ability to evaluate department operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to manage budgets and control expenses.
- Ability to direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Ability to hire and train staff, including interviewing, hiring, and providing training.
- Ability to assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
- Ability to manage events, including organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Ability to supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Ability to manage knowledge, including maintaining up-to-date information on administrative services and best practices.
- Experience in supporting social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
- Experience in supporting newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Experience in offering mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Experience in offering mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Veterans.
- Experience in offering workshops, counselling services, or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce.
- Experience in offering mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers.
English
