Job Title: Administrative Services Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team at ITECH CONSULTING GROUP. As an Administrative Services Director, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established protocols
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Manage knowledge
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
  • Manage events
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective administrative services

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive

Language: English

Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Duration: Permanent
