About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Agricultural Business Development Manager to join our team at Banque Nationale. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability in the agricultural sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Related Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Related Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in commercial banking and agricultural sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector and its trends.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
