Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Operations to join our team at Ortec Environnement Services de Saint-Romuald. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing commercial development, and overseeing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Manage commercial development, including sales, marketing, and business development initiatives
  • Oversee operational excellence, including process improvement, quality control, and risk management
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a industrial and unionized environment
  • Proven expertise in business development, commercial operations, and team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
