Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Moxies. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for executing menu items in both prep and line areas, directing culinary operations on a shift basis under the guidance of the Chef, and managing sales and profit budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing high-quality dishes
  • Supervise the kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
  • Manage food preparation and cooking
