About the Role

The Policy Manager will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of policies, programs, and partnerships for assigned areas of responsibility. This will include providing strategic leadership, managing work plans, and overseeing the delivery and administration of policies and programs. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of strategic planning, change management, and partnership development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies, programs, and partnerships to achieve organizational objectives
  • Manage work plans and budgets to ensure effective delivery of policies and programs
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and stakeholders on policy and program development and implementation
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support policy and program development and implementation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • University degree in social sciences, public or business administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, change management, and partnership development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
