Join Our Team

We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Policy Research and Initiatives Advisor to become a part of our team. In this position, you will provide expert guidance and support in policy matters to facilitate strategic initiatives and program development within the department. Reporting directly to the Manager of Strategic Policy and Regulatory Compliance, your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the future of our policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulating program policies and execution strategies
  • Conducting evaluations of programs and analyzing policy decisions
  • Leading interdisciplinary project teams
  • Researching and assessing legislative and policy frameworks
  • Establishing strategic alliances with governmental and private sector stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Public Administration, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and program evaluations
  • Familiarity with legislative and regulatory frameworks
  • Exceptional research and evaluation capabilities
