**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our Adult Inpatient team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care and participate in therapeutic milieu. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and observations
  • Establishing therapeutic relationships with patients and maintaining professional boundaries
  • Identifying patient behaviors that contribute to crisis situations and utilizing de-escalation techniques
  • Participating in planning and implementation of patient groups
  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with others
  • No prior experience required, but one year of patient care or related experience is preferred
