About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Jastram Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of electronic components and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Assembly Operations
    • Oversee the assembly of electronic components, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet deadlines.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all assemblies meet our high standards.
    • Identify and address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Supervise and train electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Workplace Safety and Efficiency
    • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity, implementing changes as needed to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Work Environment
