{"h2": "Job Summary", "p": "We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Jastram Engineering Ltd.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of electronic components and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of 3-4 electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers
* Conduct quality control and identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies
* Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related field
* Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and judgement
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to distinguish between colors and work with attention to detail
* Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
