Job Summary:

The Security Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the implementation of security processes and procedures at CB Canada facilities. This position is responsible for addressing dishonesty, physical security, and employee security issues, which may include assisting in investigations. The Security Specialist monitors claim and damage information to identify trends and respond appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain security processes and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Investigate and address security incidents, including dishonesty, physical security, and employee security issues.
  • Monitor claim and damage information to identify trends and respond accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security protocols are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to ensure effective security measures.
