Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at I.G.S. Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, including training and development.
  • Procedure Development: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including security guards.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Ensure that all security personnel hold the required certifications, such as CPR and First Aid.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
