Experience: Between 1 to less than 7 months in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategies to fulfill work schedules efficiently.
  2. Oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel involved in food preparation and portioning.
  3. Instruct staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  4. Recruit food service personnel.
  5. Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  6. Prepare financial plans and cost projections.
  7. Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  8. Compile and present reports as required.
  9. Generate food order summaries for the culinary team.
  10. Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary styles.
  11. Supervise and verify the assembly of meal trays.
  12. Oversee and confirm the delivery of food carts.
  13. Establish and manage work schedules.

Employment Type: Permanent position.
