Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shrii Kodiyar Inc O/A Wings Up. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production demands
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Train and develop kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff performance
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods
