Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Shrii kodiyar Inc O/A Wings up is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Duties: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, hire food service staff, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Leadership: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Communication: Prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
