Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Bad Maash Hamilton, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports, ensuring that our food service operations are financially sustainable.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
