Vehicle Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction, ensuring that all clients feel valued and understood while consistently meeting or surpassing their expectations.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle sales via phone, keeping them updated on delivery and pickup schedules.
  • Ensure that vehicle pricing is competitive and justifiable.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor to enhance the experience for both customers and colleagues.
  • Comply with all organizational rules, regulations, and procedures, as well as the standards set by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).

Qualifications for Success:

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in automotive sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills; familiarity with digital and social media is advantageous.
  • A demonstrated eagerness to learn and achieve.
  • Possession of a valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work Saturdays as required by business needs.
  • Must hold a valid OMVIC license.
  • Conduct sales in accordance with OMVIC regulations.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
