About the Role

The Service Advisor is a key member of our team at Midas, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving retail sales and profitability in our shop. As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with our Shop Manager to optimize our retail sales and shop profitability, while ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present estimates to customers, sourcing parts and selling jobs to drive revenue growth
  • Interpret inspection results with our technicians and present findings to customers, ensuring transparency and trust
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listening to and consulting with customers to meet their needs
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of our team, promoting a culture of success and collaboration
  • Drive retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our shop employees and contribute to our commitment to being a good corporate citizen in our communities

Requirements

  • General automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle repair processes
  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively present estimates and inspection results to customers
  • Team-building skills, with the ability to contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Valid driver's license, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Compensation

$25.00 per hour
