At Pho Hoa Restaurant, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to enhance our operational efficiency and support our administrative functions.

  • Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is essential.
  • Experience: Candidates should possess 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Work Environment: This position is based in an urban setting.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess and refine new administrative processes to improve productivity.
    • Assign tasks to office support personnel effectively.
    • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines.
    • Coordinate and strategize for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
    • Assist in developing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
    • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures.
  • Transportation/Travel: Public transportation options are readily available.
  • Work Conditions: A strong attention to detail is required.
