Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at Concorde Property Services Ltd. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security guards and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events

Plan and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and staff.

Supervise Security Guards

Oversee the daily activities of our security guards, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.

Coordinate Activities

Work with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure a cohesive approach to our operations.

Monitor Quality and Production

Monitor the quality and production levels of our security operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Prepare Reports

Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Resolve Work Problems

Identify and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our security guards, providing guidance and support to help them meet their responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience.

Certifications and Licenses

First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and a team player.
