Professional Experience

  • RN/RPN/LPN - A minimum of one (1) year of recent experience across diverse settings such as Emergency, Hemodialysis, Operating Room, and others.
  • A satisfactory employment history is essential.

Educational Background

  • Completion of an accredited Nursing or Nursing Education program is required.

Licensure and Certification

  • Current registration with the relevant regulatory College is mandatory.
  • CPR certification in line with organizational policies is required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding of nursing standards, ethics, and practices.
  • Proven communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preference for proficiency in Indigenous languages.
  • Capability to prioritize patient care, adapt to dynamic situations, and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Competence in computer systems and software applications.
