Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Esso. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and supervising sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage sales staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
