Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Esso. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
