Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Esso. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales team members to ensure that they are meeting their targets.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales data.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic to ensure that sales targets are met.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and team members on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The Sales Supervisor will work 35 hours per week.
