Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Business Strategy and Development to join our team. As a key member of our Segment Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and development, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure success.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: CAD150,000 - CAD200,000 per year, depending on experience.
