Senior Logging Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logging Operations Supervisor to join our team at Integrated Operations Group Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Determine crew sizes and equipment requirements to ensure efficient logging operations.
- Develop and implement effective logging operation methods to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, providing technical advice and guidance as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on logging operations performance.
- Train or arrange for training of workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Operate heavy equipment as required.
- 5 years or more of experience in logging operations or a related field.
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
