Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Aviva Canada. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting to shareholders and regulators in a timely and accurate manner.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, with experience in IFRS and Solvency II. You will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, as well as preparing and coordinating the year-end reporting timetable.
You will also be the key liaison to the external audit function, preparing and acquiring schedules, and ensuring requested deliverables are submitted by the agreed timelines.
In addition, you will assist with updating and implementing the Financial Reporting Control Framework controls and sign-offs, and ensure external agency reporting is prepared as required.
